At CC Grass Scotland, we are committed to supplying high-quality artificial grass products and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please note that bespoke or cut-to-size artificial grass products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-cut artificial grass rolls
• Made-to-order products
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or improper handling

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@ccgrassscotland.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• A restocking fee may apply for certain returned items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you require an exchange, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a bespoke or cut-to-size product has entered production or been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
